At Nowjobs, we receive your request and use it to match you with the most suitable candidates from our database. The more detailed your job description, the better the match.
Suitable candidates automatically receive a notification about your job opening in the Nowjobs app.

Receive applications and select
TextInterested candidates apply through the Nowjobs app. You'll receive their applications in Partena Professional's Check'nConnect, where you can review their profiles and choose who to hire.
The selected candidates are then added to your team, and Nowjobs automatically notifies them.

Send a contract and confirm
TextReady to hire a flexible worker? Simply create a contract via ProSalary in Partena Professional's Check'nConnect.
By creating a contract, you agree to pay a one-time fee to Nowjobs. The exact amount is clearly displayed in Check'nConnect before you confirm. Don't worry: you won't be charged twice. This fee will be paid to Nowjobs only.
Once everything is confirmed, the candidate receives all contract details in the Nowjobs app.
Tip: before confirming the contract, make sure to contact the candidate to agree on the salary and working hours.

As soon as you publish a vacancy in Partena Professional's Check'nConnect, suitable Nowjobs candidates receive a notification in the Nowjobs app. If a candidate is interested, you can review their profile in Check'nConnect. Once you select the candidate, they're immediately added to your team. Nowjobs then sends them both an in-app notification and an email.
Tip: we also recommend contacting the candidate yourself to ensure a smooth follow-up. A personal touch makes all the difference.

Not every candidate will respond straight away. Nowjobs shows your job opening to suitable candidates for up to 14 days, or until 10 flexible workers have applied.
Not receiving enough applications? Take another look at your job description. A clear and engaging job posting significantly increases your chances of attracting the right candidates.

Yes, you can delete a candidate from your team in Partena Professional's Check'nConnect. The candidate will then disappear from your overview.
